Rather than dismissively suggesting that people who raise such concerns need their heads examined (according to Obama´s own words), it is the USA itself that must re-examine its approach to international human rights law as it pursues its counter-terrorism policies,by The raport of Amnesty International.
Against the assault on human rights that followed in the wake of the 9/11 atrocities, it is unsurprising that there is international concern that the USA’s concept of justice may, under its global war paradigm, include what amounts to extrajudicial killing under international human rights law.Still I do not understand, why US-president Barack Obama was defined by Nobel Prize Committee, the person to got this Nobel Peace Prize, becouse he does not realy deserve the Nobel Peace Prize.
